This is a  simple technique developed by a great man called Doyle Henderson. Their website is just amazing. Doyletics can help with all sorts of problem from migraines to anger, fears and phobias. No hypnosis or past life regression is needed.  The brain is helped to do a speed trace to the age of 5,  then under 5 to 7 months before birth.

A doyle is a physical body state,  such as tension in your stomach and facial expressions. Once you are aware of this state, you need to go back in time  like:

I am 30,  and I am experiencing this doyle. then I am 25 and I am ………….. to age 5.

I am 5    .  Am I experiencing this doyle?  I am 4       …………. Do not do the day of your birth.

Don’t go to the day of the birth as this would be too traumatic.

If you go before the event, once it has been cleared,  the doyle will vanish and to check it, you ask the question, ” What a plausible thing that could have happened to me when I was X years old?  A memory will pop into your head and this will become a cognitive memory-  making the unconscious conscious!

Tips to ease Mobile Electro Pollution

1. BUY A LOW-RADIATION PHONE

Look up your phone on EWG’s buyer’s guide: Get-a-Safer-Phone. (Your phone’s model number may be printed under your battery.) Consider replacing your phone with one that emits the lowest radiation possible and still meets your needs.

2. USE A HEADSET OR SPEAKER

Headsets emit much less radiation than phones. Choose either wired or wireless (experts are split on which version is safer): Get-a-Headset. Some wireless headsets emit continuous, low-level radiation, so take yours off your ear when you’re not on a call. Using your phone in speaker mode also reduces radiation to the head.

3. LISTEN MORE, TALK LESS

Your phone emits radiation when you talk or text, but not when you’re receiving messages. Listening more and talking less reduces your exposures.

4. HOLD PHONE AWAY FROM YOUR BODY

Hold the phone away from your torso when you’re talking (with headset or speaker), not against your ear, in a pocket, or on your belt where soft body tissues absorb radiation.

5. CHOOSE TEXTING OVER TALKING

Phones use less power (less radiation) to send text than voice. And unlike when you speak with the phone at your ear, texting keeps radiation away from your head.

6. POOR SIGNAL? STAY OFF THE PHONE

Beware of water bottles in car and Dioxins in plastic.

No matter how many times you hear this, please send it on!!!!
Bottled water in your car is  very  dangerous!

On the Ellen show, Sheryl Crow said that this is what caused her breast  cancer.
It has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels of dioxin in breast cancer  tissue.

Sheryl  Crow’s oncologist told her: women  should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car. The  heat reacts with the chemicals in the plastic of the  bottle which releases dioxin into the water.  Dioxin is a toxin increasingly found in breast cancer tissue.  So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has  been left in a car.
Pass this on to all the women in your  life.    This  information is the kind we need to know that just might save  us!  Use a stainless steel canteen or a glass bottle  instead of plastic!

A dioxin  chemical causes cancer, especially breast  cancer..   Dioxins   are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.  Recently, Edward  Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital , was on a TV  program to explain this health  hazard.

He talked  about dioxins and how bad they are for  us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using  plastic  containers…
This  especially applies to foods that contain  fat.

He said that the  combination of fat, high heat and plastic releases  dioxin into the  body.

Instead, he recommends using  glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex  or ceramic containers  for heating food. You get the same results, only without the  dioxin. So, such things as T V dinners , instant soups, etc., should be  removed from the container and heated in something  else.

Paper isn’t bad but  you don’t know what is in the  paper. It’s just safer to use tempered  glass,   Corning  Ware,  etc.

He  reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food  restaurants moved away from the foam containers to  paper. The dioxin problem is one of the  reasons…

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran wrap,  is just as dangerous when  placed  over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the  high  heat  causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and  drip into the food.   Cover  food with a paper towel  instead.

Most modern health problems that have been linked to sodium are actually caused by the condition of the salt we eat. The typical modern salt product can be compared to refined sugar and refined flour – it used to be a healthful, whole food, but it has now been stripped and processed into a disaster waiting to happen. What began as an essential nutrient is disfigured into a detriment to our health.

Salt has earned a bad reputation in recent years, so it comes as quite a surprise to hear this seasoning is actually necessary for good health. In fact, every cell in the body requires salt to function. Salt is needed for countless functions in the body, including everything from blood sugar regulation to bone density to circulatory health. And because we lose salt constantly during the day through urine and perspiration, it`s important that we replenish it. It’s impossible to try and replace lost sodium with commercial table salt because it is refined and incomplete. Instead, include a high-quality unrefined sea salt in your diet to replenish the sodium, trace minerals and electrolytes your body needs. Commercial salt is refined by drying at a heat in excess of 1,000 degrees which destroys beneficial substances in salt. This heat also causes chemical distortions that turn salt into sodium chloride, a substance that does no good in the body.

Table salt is full of additives, fluoride, anti-caking agents, excessive amounts of potassium iodide and other poisons. Many versions of commercial salt also contain aluminum derivatives, which are known to be highly toxic. These additives can cause discoloration in salt, so bleaching agents are then used to restore the desirable white color. It`s no wonder refined commercial salt is causing so many health problems. Unrefined sea salt, naturally harvested and dried in the sun, contains a wealth of trace minerals and electrolytes.

Our bodies only need small amounts of these nutrients, but they are absolutely vital for a variety of functions in the body. They are key players in enzyme production as well as immune system, adrenal and thyroid function. 09/09/09 – Day of Completion

Meeting with Soltec on the Phoenix: 9/9/09 Earth Portal On 9/9/09 opens a portal of energy to Earth which has not been available before. This portal opens a passageway for higher energies coming from other Super Universes on the Omniversal Realms. This is going to affect the Planetary Grid as well as the Universal Grid. This is a stepped increment up from what we have been able to do before.

These new portal openings will continue for the next few years. Now that Earth Grid is connected back to Source, this is the next step. What is happening is, there still are changes happening in the land masses and sea floors as a result of these changes. We have several hurricanes at once in our oceans today as well as recent earthquakes. The new energy grid is adjusting the entire firmament on and in Earth. This is shifting long standing portals, moving them to their origin place. Land masses are reforming to be in alignment with these changes. Sea floors are shifting to accommodate the pressure of the changes.

No way can the Earth be experiencing this many changes without it being felt and experienced by everyone on the Earth. Similar like changes are happening in our lives. The firmament is the foundation our lives are built on. Anything from the ‘old timeline’ is being cast off.. People are leaving jobs, moving to new homes, losing money, and in these processes having major attitude adjustments. Changes are happening so swiftly there is no time to talk about it, ponder it, and sometimes, no time to think about it. There is an urgent feeling these actions must be taken now.

Together, with Earth, we are rearranging our selves to accommodate Mission Upgrades. As soon as NESARA is announced, and new technology is available, all the struggle of living is erased. Very quickly, how we spend our days on Earth will change, overnight! It is imperative to stop following the old way of watching and waiting for something to happen. Those working with the Ashtar Command are invited to be awake and aware to what action is necessary to take in their lives to prepare for their individual Mission Upgrades. This is Now! 9/9/09 means Completion on all 3 levels; physical, mental and spiritual. Also, it means Completion for Earth Humans, Completion for Earth and all the Kingdoms and Realms on her, and Universal Completion of this most recent phase. This is a Phase Completion.

This is the end of duality. We are reunited as One. This is the time when Unity and Love govern our actions. This is a time when we may reset how we govern the world, we govern through world peace. We accomplish this by coming together as a global community united as One Race. We take action steps which make it possible for all who desire it, to have pure water, abundant food, sovereignty, balanced health and peace through infinite love.

How do we go from there from here? Once we have mass landings, it will be the highest outcome possible, if many of you, awake and aware understand your Mission BEFORE First Contact. It would be optimal for each one to be as clear as is possible. It is no longer possible to continue this path without taking personal responsibility for the Inner Planes work needed to prepare to be Leaders immediately following First Contact. Receiving individual inner Guidance is part of this journey.

It is time for the Jedi Warriors to get into training and learn to Use the Force. There are many ways to go about this, and every one of you has the ability to receive Guidance on how to accomplish this important piece in the Highest way possible. As you go inside to where there is stillness, you will begin to feel exciting about doing one thing more than anything else. That is a clue.

Spiritual Service is the reason you are on Earth now. It is a requirement. It simply means you reach out to others and share your talent without expecting anything in return. No one will tell you the actions to take. Take the actions which bring you the most joy. If you are experiencing joy, those around you will also. As the joy factor increase, more love is available, coming through Source and spreading to everything. Joy is the generator which powers Love. Increasing our Love Quotient, in balance with our Light Quotient is the prime factor in Ascension, individual and planetary as well as universal, omniversal and cosmic. In the days to come, leading up to 9/9/09, take a day or two in contemplation of those things in your life which no longer serve you. Look around every aspect of your life and excise any and all excess. Give away, toss away, clear out, clean out all the old, dysfunctional things in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. As challenges come up, these next 20 days, be in Gratitude. You are Being Prepared for Your Mission Upgrade! While working on clearing out, now turn your attention to your Spiritual Service.

What is it you do for others, sharing your talents, which makes your life filled with joy? Are you lacking joy? What action gives you the Highest Joy? What steps must you take to Be In More Joy? Do IT!!! You have 20 days. Explore this idea of being in more joy, digest it, take action. Be One of the Prepared Ones! Have your thoughts in alignment with your actions and be completely in joy. An moment you are not feeling joy, change what you are doing and allow joy. Ask and Allow. Stay with this feeling until you discover what must be done next to return to joy. Consider the Spiritual Service you are doing now and contemplate a Bigger Dream. These are the thoughts, feelings and ideas you will draw on in the days after First Contact, as you decide how to integrate your Mission Upgrade.

EVERYONE WILL BE receiving a MISSION UPGRADE! On 9/9/09 join together with those of like mind and meditate. Take this day of completion to be in gratitude for all the changes that have come which have connected Earth to Source Energy and the returned us all back to love. When you do this meditation, acknowledge this completion day and the Earth Portal opening to Higher Omniversal Realms. Congratulate yourself for the wonderful things you have accomplished. Congratulate yourselves together for the New Earth Plan and the Unity of all as One Race, the Human Race.

As you meditate today, ask Guidance to release to you the best and highest information possible regarding your own personal Mission Upgrade. Take this information into your heart and allow the information. This more than likely will be Guidance you have never received before. Ask and allow these new Missions to float into your heart, embrace them, and know, You Are Ready! This is why you came to Earth now. Rejoice in the New Plan for your life.
