We all know that health is the most important asset that we have. How many of us take really good care of our body, mind and spirit.  Not many. We all too busy chasing physical things that we really don’t need or don’t add much pleasure to our lives.

  1. Eat a well balanced diet with 5 portions of fruit and veg.
  2. Drink  moderately.
  3. Don’t smoke.
  4. Get help if  addicted to things.
  5. Build your future with goal setting daily.
  6. Relax and meditate.
  7. Enjoy being family and friends.
  8. Live in the Now. Forget the past and enjoy your present which is Now.
  9. Laugh, joke and dance whenever you can.
  10. Hug plenty.
